AHM provides technology consulting to direct sales companies. Its leadership came to us with the question most leadership teams have: which of the things people are saying about AI apply to us, and which are noise. Getting that wrong costs effort on the wrong project, and nothing about it looks like a failure.
Strategy first
We worked with them on the questions rather than starting with a build. Which processes are worth automating, which are worth leaving alone, what would have to be true for a given idea to pay for itself, and what the honest state of the technology is for their case.
Prototypes taken far enough to decide
We built proofs of concept to the point where they answer the question asked of them, including a voice agent, and then said plainly which ones were worth continuing. A prototype that only demos produces confidence without evidence.
Mobile apps, AI workflows, and a harness
We built mobile apps and AI workflows for the work AHM does, and a custom AI harness for its own team to do that work with. All of it came after the strategy had shown it was worth building.
