Accessibility

Following the best practices in application development, Team Brilliant added accessibility support to everything they developed for Deem—designing pages and models that worked smoothly with screen readers, giving importance to keyboard navigation for users who needed it, and carefully polishing the smallest details. This dedication not only brought great success but also made sure that the product was welcoming to everyone, no matter their abilities.

Usability

You can see user experience for arranging the trip in the following video:

While entering the Deem website, a user enters their login and password and reaches the main screen of the application. On the home screen, the user can search for flights, hotels, car rental services, book train tickets, and see a list of upcoming trips and service messages. From this page, one can also reach pages with a list of all upcoming trips, completed trips, canceled trips, as well as trips with the status “On Hold”, support page or user settings page.

You’re welcome to take a look at the steps suggested to users here:

Why Team Brilliant

Team Brilliant adopted the use of Storybook as a crucial tool in their workflow while developing Deem’s application. This decision empowered developers to create an environment where the application's components could be isolated and showcased independently. By doing so, we streamlined testing and debugging processes, allowing for more efficient and thorough assessment of each component's functionality. Additionally, applying Storybook facilitated seamless collaboration among team members, as it offered a clear and interactive representation of the application's user interface elements. This integration of Storybook not only enhanced the development process but also contributed to the overall success of the project by promoting transparency, ease of use, and effective teamwork.
